FCMA organizes a Photography Exhibition

Fujairah Culture and Media Authority (FCMA) has organized a photography exhibition at Muraisheed School for Basic Education within the continuous activities of the Fujairah Photography Award (FPA). The exhibition included participating photos from the 4th edition of FPA in both its local and Arabic versions.

The exhibition was held under directives of FCMA's Chairman H.H. Sheikh Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi in order to shed light on the visual arts and the natural geographic features, heritage and civilization in the Emirate of Fujairah in particular and the rest of the UAE and the Arabic World in general. The exhibition also aimed at expanding the scope of FPA and attracting young talents, amateurs and professionals to participate in future editions.

In a statement to Fujairah News, the school management said that the exhibition encourages younger generations to develop their skills in photography and their artistic taste and thanked FCMA for their initiative in collaborating with the schools of Fujairah Educational Zone to organize art activities. FCMA has held this exhibition in a number of local institutions and in Fujairah and other Emirates.
